Lunar Eclipse in Virgo ♍️🌒✨ March 3rd 2026

We got the sun and north node in Pisces, moon and south node in Virgo, creating this “Blood Moon” Lunar Eclipse. Sun and north node in Pisces is our conscious awareness/ego in mutable water (adjusting emotions, imagination, beliefs) to align with the growth of our destined trajectory. Counter balanced to the moon and south node in Virgo; our emotional receptivity in mutable earth (adjusting behavioral habits) and releasing us from our comfort zone of being overly critical on details. In this context, you can somewhat throw logic out the window (to an extent) because trying to calculate from the past might leave you blinded toward new possibilities.

That theme of surrendering to the divine current is typical during Pisces in north node transit but this one is much larger because of Neptune and Saturn completing their full cycle simultaneously bringing us into an entirely different paradigm. Unpopular opinion but FORTUNATELY, Mercury being retrograde gives us the internal reflective mental process during this time to integrate a new mindset that will align with our destiny path when it goes direct on the north node during the next equinox. It’s un-fucking our mental process as a form of preparation during a massive transitional phase. It’s not a bad thing despite the stumbling it can manifest.

We have Mars also entering Pisces during this; meaning actions we take should lean more toward divine inspiration and creativity in a subtle way as opposed to the primal drive Mars generally has. Being too forceful doesn’t usually work very well with this type of energy with Mars in the mutable water cycle. It usually has a frustrating result if you lack patience with it. It’s about adjusting our drive and actions before it goes into Aries so we can use it in a more powerful and assertive direction without making a mess of things.

The main favorable aspect to this eclipse is the sun trine/moon sextile to Jupiter expanding how we direct our emotions and our beliefs; which can really go either way. This is something the can also assist in facilitating opportunity for relationship or financial breakthrough while Venus is sextile to Uranus in Taurus. Remember this is the major plot twist cycle. The 18 days following the eclipse are closing out multiple chapters before we start the new zodiac year with every planet direct. Be gentle with yourself, let go of what you need to.
